Dealing With Spiritually Depressing Times

Elijah was a prophet who had performed miracles by the power of God and had seen mighty demonstrations of God's presence, yet he still got depressed because he thought he was the only righteous man left. What can we learn from Elijah in our dark generation when it seems like there are hardly any righteous people left?
