8 The God Who Examines Our Hearts

In this message we continue our study of 1 Thessalonians, this time in chapter 2. Here we see Paul explaining his ministry, and exhorting the Thessalonians to greater faithfulness. He can do this because he is teaching them the truth of God's word, and the salvation that is available to us through faith in Christ. Paul also does this because he knows that God is examining his heart. When we study the Bible in total, we also see that God is examining our hearts, and that we will all have to give an account for how we have lived.
