A marriage made in heaven

In the marriage of Isaac and Rebekah, God shows us the continuation of His great covenant promise to Abraham to bless all the nations of the earth ultimately through his beloved son.

He also reveals important aspects of his character:

1. The holiness of God expressed in the distinctiveness of his covenant people.

2. The providence of God expressed in his meticulous provision for his people.

3. The compassion of God expressed in the comfort of his people.
