Mercy - Exodus 9

God not only gives Pharaoh and the Egyptians another warning but also a time frame for repentance as God does all humanity. But like all of humanity without exception, Pharaoh will not repent. Thus, God in His infinite wise counsel, not willing that all should perish extends special mercy by His sovereign election by choosing many of the fallen sons of Adam.
