John 5:43, John is talking to the Jews about the coming of the antichrist:
43I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
Differences between Christ and Antichrist
(This list gives us an idea of what the individual antichrist will do, so we can watch for the signs)
•Christ is the truth. Antichrist is liar.
•Christ is the Holy One from god. Antichrist is the lowest one from Satan.
•Christ is man of sorrows. Antichrist is a man of sin.
•Christ is called of Son of God. Antichrist is son of destruction.
•Christ ran out the false prophets. Antichrist will allow Jews to rebuild their temple. He'll make a peace treaty with Israel.
•Christ is the lamb. Antichrist is the beast.
•Christ is life. Antichrist is chaos and destruction.
•Christ's origin is Heaven, antichrist originates from bottomless pit.
•Destiny of Christ is to be exalted on high, rule the earth. Antichrist will be cast into the lake of fire for infinity.
•Goal of Christ is to do His Father's Will. Antichrist will do his own will and the will of Satan.
•Purpose of Christ is to save the lost. Antichrist purpose is to destroy all people.
•Christ came in His Father's name; antichrist comes in his own name.
•Christ humbles himself, antichrist exalts himself
•Christ is the true vine, get good fruit for your efforts. Antichrist is the vine of the earth, and nothing good will come of it.
•Christ was despised by man; antichrist will be admired and loved by man. Antichrist won't come as bad guy; he'll have all the solutions to the world's problems.
•Christ will exalt Israel; antichrist will try to destroy Israel..........
