James offers a warning to those aspiring to be pastors and preachers. His warning reaches those who already are. His warning is also a caution to every congregation that gathers round the office of pastor. God will judge more strictly these men. He is looking for those who will carefully come before Word and God's people. Make sure you minister out of a spirit of deep humility, that you minister the Spirit of Christ in all you say, and that you come rightly handling the Word of truth.
