There is no doctrine like the vicarious atoning sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is a doctrine which blesses in time and which prepares us for eternrity. Let no one deny that there is a special and particular redemption of God's people; that there is an elect company for whom Christ laid down His life.
