43. Be Born Again

This lesson focuses on command of Christ #43: Be born again. This command is often taken for granted because of the seeming simplicity. But why would Jesus use such an odd phrase to explain to a fair see what he needed to do in order to be saved? Would it not have been easier to explain what the law said about salvation to someone who was well acquainted with the law? Why did Jesus use this picture that was so unfamiliar to Nicodemus?
