Study 4: The Key to Endurance Is Love

What do new believers need to know when their life is being contested by hostile
neighbours and evil powers? They, together with all believers, have been inducted
into a new order of love and purity where everything is being directed by God's call
and enabled by Christ's action. Paul clarifies these things for us all, and encourages
us to please God, to be expecting his Son's return, to love one another ‘more and
more' and to ‘keep awake' to the salvation that has been given to us.
