The People Of Christ Vindicated

Once again, the theme of this Psalm is the truthful situation that God's people, individually and as a whole, suffer trials and persecution in life. They are frequently the victims of great evil and hatred. But, once again, coupled with this solemn fact is the truth that if God be for us, who can be against us. The Lord in heaven knows the troubles of His beloved ones, and even now delivers them, and soon will completely vindicate them, as He righteously judges the godless, and pours His wrath upon them forever:
