The Spirit leads and the Spirit speaks. That's what he does! He guides the church into all truth. And he takes what belongs to the Son and declares it to us!
He is the Spirit of truth.
In the Apostles' Creed we simply say, "I believe in the Holy Spirit."
But in the Nicene Creed we say a little more! "the Lord and giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son; who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified; who spoke by the prophets."
