Facing the Future

For all of us there will eventually be a day of reckoning. Do we face that day with fear, a fear of our misdemeanours being revealed, a fear of the judgement to come?

God knows our condition, and it is possible to look forward with the opposite of fear - being loved of God, knowing that Jesus Christ, God's Son, was our substitute, paying the price for our sin. We can know that our sins have been cleansed by the blood of Christ.

Perfect love casts out fear. Look at what Christ has done for you, and believe upon Him. Face that day of reckoning with confidence, confidence in Jesus Christ. Where we may have failed He has succeeded. Do not face the future without Him.
