Listening to your feelings

This definitely is a side of David we don't look at too much. He slipped up here and started listening to his feelings. It seems he got so low and tired he forgot God had promised him he would be king. He lost his focus and left the promised land. We may want to see what our heart says about something but it is much safer to seek what God says instead.
