Trust in the Lord to Order Your Steps

Trusting in the Lord means trusting in the Lord period. It means NOT trusting in other things. To put your trust in Christ for salvation is to NOT trust in anything else for salvation.

Just as when you get married your commitment to be faithful to your spouse is at the same time a commitment to “forsake all others.” If you want your steps to be ordered by the Lord. If you want Him to uphold you. If you want Him to keep you upright, you need to put your trust in Him. You need to trust in Him with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He WILL direct your path.
