Introduction to the Spirit & His Gifts

Chapters 12-14 of 1 Corinthians are focused on the matter of spiritual gifts that are given to God's people to enable in service to Him.

The Spirit of God becomes key as He gives the gifts and empowers individual believers.

Beginning with an overview of who the Holy Spirit is and His ministry over the course of the world's history, this message then begins what will be an indepth look at the Spirit's giving of gifts, the gifts He gives and the appropriate use of them by the people of God.

By coming to the Word of God to learn about the Holy Spirit and the gifts given to the members of the church, much of the confusion and misunderstanding about these matters can be clarified and corrected. With this understanding believers can then make the appropriate use of these supernatural provisions to most honor the Lord.
