Can You Lose Your Salvation?

We are warned in Hebrews not to hear the word, delight in it for a time then fall away forever. Once you have rejected Christ there is a permanent fall where you can't believe in God. Someone who does this is not a backslider but an apostate. The only thing that gives us life is Jesus Christ Himself.
