Grace to the Humble

Due to the imminent judgment, it is all the more necessary for God's people to gather together as a body. However, pride often hinders intimate fellowship from happening. So Peter calls upon these believers to humble themselves before their elders, before one another, and, most importantly, under God's mighty hand.
