Signs in Heaven and Earth

When God wants to underscore the significance of an historical event, He often does so by signs and wonders. There is nothing in the history of the world more significant than the death and resurrection of Jesus. And so, it was fitting that there should be signs in the heavens and on earth. There was darkness, there was an earthquake and there was the splitting of the temple curtain. All three were loaded with meaning, and we explore the meaning of all three in this sermon.
