We live in a very demanding world --
a world of activity, deadlines, performance indicators, stress and competition. A world whose slogan is 'May the Best Man Win' - with the sideline, 'Let the Weak Go to the Wall.'

• Can we really be in touch with God - on a day to day basis?
• Can we truly reach the heart of God - or is that exclusively the priviledge of the religious professionals, who presumably have the necessary time and training to remain close to God?
• Is there any foolproof method by which we can find the quiet focus we all need to ensure that our spirits are fed?
• Whose example can we follow? Who will point us in the right direction?
