Patience & Wisdom to Suffer according to the Will of God Brings Great Reward

James writes this letter to the Christian Jews that were scattered among the nations, but gathered in NT churches. The trials they suffered there were many. But they should know that these worked to produce in them patience. And for this they needed wisdom. So James encourages them to ask boldly for it, believing and the Lord would grant them that request. The end for them which continue faithful through all the trials is the crown of life.
