God has given humanity clear instructions, and we haven't followed them. Therefore, no one has an excuse before God. Everyone knows about God, but unbelievers suppress this truth. Believers, who have turned to Christ for salvation from the judgement we deserve, ought to have a passion for sharing this hope with those still under God's wrath.
