The Gospel for All People, Part 2

There can be no question that Jesus came preaching the Gospel for all people. This, in fact, was the nature of the message brought by the angel to the shepherds, "For behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people." But not everyone receives this good news. John and Jesus both preached the necessity of repentance for entry into the Kingdom of Heaven. While repentance is not a work we do to earn entry, it is the first sign that we have believed, and are therefore saved.
