God's work in God's way

The bringing up of the Ark of the Covenant was an event attended with zealous enthusiasm and great jubiliation, until Uzzah put forth his hand to steady the Ark when it stumbled.
What happened next brought proceedings to a stand still, silenced the singing and filled David with anger against the Lord, for the Lord smote Uzzah that he died there before the Ark.
In the three months which followed God had to show David three vital lessons regarding His work and the advancement of His cause. They are lessons which the church in this age would do well to consider.
They are:

1: The supremacy of God's word
2: The sovereignty of God's will
3: The sufficiency of God's way of redemption.
