Absolute Security of the Believer

There are basically two matters covered in verses 31 to 39. In verses 31 to 34 he emphasizes the fact that no charge can be brought against God's children. Then in verses 35 to 39 he shows that there is nothing that can separate the child of God from the love of God. We are in a position of total and complete security for all eternity.
