Abounding in Giving

"Christians are so heavenly-minded they are no earthly good." The church has been accused with this for centuries. In reality, however, those Christians who are the most heavenly-minded leave their mark on the world most compassionately and effectively. If a person is mindful of heavenly matters they will acutely be aware of earthly needs. Paul gives in these short verses principles and precautions for the act of giving.
