Rulers with Christ

From the time God created man He made man to be a ruler in the world. But Adam did not fulfill that role as He should have done. Yet the duty remains and God says that He makes us to reign with Christ. He chose the line of Judah to have the scepter and called David from this line to be king in Israel—and from David comes the Christ who reigns. In our union with Christ we are enabled to reign with Him. Jabez demonstrated in his prayer what it means to reign with Christ and to fulfill the glorious position God has given us.
