What role did these goods works play in Mary’s life?

1. Her good works were a display of her affection for the Lord, she was passionate. Her love for the Lord had to express itself. Does our love for the Lord display itself? 2. It was a deliberate action on her part. Eliminate of spontaneity. 3. It destroyed her assets. (Break the box). No recovering this ointment. This wasn’t a loan this was a complete sacrifice. Jesus was worth all of it. She gave it to the Lord with no reservations, no strings attached. This is how God calls us as Christians. 4. It displeased the apostles; they asked how much it was worth. 5. She was dignified by the Lords approval.
