Shepherding is Loving Work – elders work not for personal gain or by compulsion but for love

Shepherding is Challenging Work – elders must know, teach and pray for the flock

Shepherding is Exemplary Work – elders teach and preach and validate ministry by their lives

Shepherding is Rewarding Work – elders will be rewarded with fruit, with a crown and with a word from Christ
