Teaching the Truth - Part 2

Formal times of teaching – should involve Scripture, supplication and song, and both Scripture memorization and catechetical studies can be very helpful.

Informal times – assume that parents are growing personally and spiritually so that they may adequately communicate truth.

The Church – church members and ministry must supplement the efforts of parents.

Prayer – all efforts to communicate truth are wholly dependent upon God’s power and so prayer must accompany all such labours.
