The President's State of the Union - Universal Preschool

In his State of the Union address, the President advocated more government in the lives of the people, proposing universal government-funded preschool for 4-year-old children. The creep towards big government womb-to-tomb programs continues. But will this salvage our socio-economic systems? Or is the socialist blueprint--a utopia that continually erodes family integrity by government intervention--simply a pipe dream?
