Courage Yesterday & Today

On the first half of the program today my guest will be Mindy Belz - Editor of WORLD Magazine. Mindy has recent returned from Africa and will provide us with a first-hand account of the way President Obama specifically and the US in general is being perceived on that continent. Her recent article on that topic is entitled, "Not a popularity contest" - Courage and compassion count more in the conduct of foreign policy.

On the second half of the program, my guest will be Simonetta Carr. I will speak with Simonetta about the recent launch of the "Christian Biography For Young Readers" website. And about one of her more recent books "Weight of a Flame" - The Passion of Olympia Morata.

CBFYR is a series of biographies for children authored by Simonetta Carr and published by Reformation Heritage Books.

Weight of a Flame is a semi-fictional biography authored by Simonetta Carrr and published by P&R as part of a multi-author series (Chosen Daughters).
