The Church, because of her unique nature, has a separate and distinct realm of government from the civil magistrate. The Church is not to be dominant over the State, nor is the State to subject or interfere in the affairs of the Church. In times of upheaval and crisis, the Church must remain vigilant to retain the crown rights of Christ as the Head and King of His visible people, the Church.
