The best way to be progressing toward Christlikeness in the Christian life is to keep one's mind set on the right things, those that are true, honorable, right, pure, lovely and of good repute. Christ-like thinking must be pursued continually with the guidance of Scripture and the Holy Spirit. Following consistent proper thinking, one's mature attitude will put these right things into action, making them the habit of one's life.
