THREE BIBLICAL REALITIES about Marriage…

#1 – Marriage is affected by the World We Live in – (Jn 16:33) “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world YOU WILL HAVE TRIBULATION; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

#2 – You're a Sinner—Married to another Sinner – As Christians, we've been forgiven—yet we still struggle with the reality of our sin… We're selfish, self-centered, and sometimes even hateful to the ones we're supposed to love.

#3 – GOD IS FOR OUR MARRIAGE – with all the problems and pressures of living in a sinful world… with a sinful heart… and having a sinful husband (or a sinful wife)… It's still possible to make our marriage—a marriage that glorifies God… a marriage that can be a ‘little bit of heaven on earth.'
