Forbearance and Forgiveness

A believer is obligated to "put on" the virtues that identify his new life in Christ—compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and longsuffering. These virtues are to evidence themselves in the church as believers learn to forebear each other and forgive the offenses of others.
