The Bible teaches us to be both imitators and examples. Our walk should line up with Jesus. Saul means desire. This Saul wanted to be obedient to God, but king Saul was disobedient. He started off humble but ended proud, ending poorly. Yet Saul or Paul started off proud and was humbled and finished well. Are we striving to be a good example to follow?
