The Synergy of Christian Service

The Church is filled with personality cults: cliques of followers who are more loyal to a human leader and his/her view of things than to Christ and the Word of God. This idolatry inevitably leads to conflict between rival groups.

But God didn't design Christians to compete; He designed us to synergize with one another in service for Christ.
