This at one time was something that only teenagers sought to promote but now society itself views the parents as little more than glorified house parents and ATM machines. The result of this is that many parents in a misplaced desire to keep their teens current with their friends at school and church instead supply them with the very tools that may ultimately lead to their spiritual atrophy, academic failure and even death.
