The Healing of the Demoniac of Gadara

Jesus had come to Gadara only a few hours earlier before meeting the demented creature. In Luke's record of this trouble soul he reveals a man guilty of self-mutilation, a man naked and unclean, a man possessed with super human strength yet a man who was to be the object of supernatural power. Here was a man soon to have his demons expelled and to be found at Jesus' feet clothed and in his right mind. A man once deceived who now desired to follow Jesus but was sent home to declare the power of God to heal both body and soul.
