OBITUARY in Anniston Star, February 11, 2012:

"Anniston - Funeral services for Annaliese H. Price, 77, of Anniston, will be 2 p.m. Sunday, February 12, 2012, at Wayside Baptist Church with the Rev. Jon Cardwell officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8 p.m. at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary.

"Annaliese 'Liese' Price, the wife of Rev. Eugene Price, who was pastor of Wayside Baptist Church during 1980-1983 and 1986-1989, died Thursday afternoon at Noland Hospital. She had battled with COPD for about 14 months, but the battle came to an end Thursday. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Eugene Price and her son Michael and her grandsons, Timothy and wife, Summer and Jason Gardner and wife, Courtney. But most precious to her in her remaining time was her great-grandchildren, T.J., Mandy, Maddison and Gage. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, David Price and wife, Peggy. Mrs. Price was a native of Germany and became a United States citizen on August 9, 1963. She was a member of Sovereign Grace Baptist Church in Anniston and a former member of Wayside Baptist Church."
