A burden on your heart

If nothing ever bothers you, then you may be too detached from what you claim to hold dear. Nehemiah didn't live in Jerusalem, he had a good paying job, friends, family, and comfort. He also had concern for his heritage. The news he heard put a burden on his heart that he alone couldn't deal with. While he didn't know how to fix it he knew he needed God to help him with it.
