Daniel 43 - Antichrist's Forerunner

Daniel now begins his visions that are aimed specifically for Jews with both a near and far view in mind; prophecy. This simple vision begins with a significant change in cultures as Satan is allowed control to prepare for his coming Antichrist kingdom. This is the central, though unstated, tenant of these visions. Specifically, the "greatness" of Alexander is actually weakness due to little self-control and his self-aggrandizement until confronted with reality: Death.
