A Puritan Catechism:

Q2. What rule has God given to direct us how we may glorify Him?
A2. The Word of God, which is contained in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, is the only rule to direct us how we may glorify God and enjoy Him.

Ephesians 2:20; 2 Timothy 3:16; 1 John 1:3-5

Taking a slightly different approach, we look at 3 passages of Scripture to gain insights into this rule God has given to direct us.

(3) The Embraced Word (Ephesians 3:8)
