): The goal of the seminar is our children's success. When we evaluate our children's success we evaluate our own as parents. The question is always the same, “How will this behavior play out in school?” or “Will this behavior put my child on the road to success?”. Remember, those who evaluate our children will do so dispassionately. They will not be the child's parents but who are driven by intense love but rather they will comprise society as a whole. The question is never, am I satisfied with my child's behavior but rather, is my child's behavior such that will insure his success outside the home.
