Wisdom is a Hardshall Promise

Primitive Baptists are noted for strongly emphasizing the "shalls" of the bible in places like Matthew 1:21. Our doctrine is noted for being especially rooted on the promises of God and the certainty of their fulfillment on behalf of his covenant people in the work of our eternal salvation. But not all of the "shalls" of the bible deal with the work of our eternal salvation. The promise of God to give wisdom to those who ask in faith is a great blessing that is intended for our temporal benefit in this lifetime.
