Psalm 90 and 2022

Psalm 90 was written by Moses most likely when the forty-year wilderness wandering was ending, and the nation was again poised to take possession of the Promised Land. The Psalm is a prayer based on two arguments: the supreme greatness of the eternal sovereign Lord and the frail and weak condition of His sinful creature, man. The Psalm pleads for divine pity and protection that His people may accomplish the will of God. Such a prayer is certainly suited to the new year facing the human race.
