Our Altar of Earth

Now that God has spoken to the children of Israel and appeared to them they are not to build high places to worship Him, but they are to build an altar of earth. Once we have experienced the presence of God and He has made his law clear to us, we must begin to worship him right where we are - flat on the ground. We make our sacrifices - not on high places, but in our practical everyday life where we live. This is a very important message.
