Ill in God's Will?

When we are in Christ it does not mean we will escape temptation or suffering. We are not to be surprised by suffering in this fallen world. When we go through difficulty, are treated unjustly, abandoned, sick, and in all other trials we must rejoice and realize that the struggles in this life pale in comparison to the glory that is to come. All kinds of suffering can be used for good.
