The Responsibility of the Beloved

The purpose of Jude's letter is to have us "earnestly contend for the faith" in the face of apostasy. For most of the epistle, he describes the apostasy that endangers the church, but in these verses, he turns his attention to the "Beloved" and our responsibilities as followers of Christ.
