TEXT: Titus 1:7-9; 1 Timothy 4:13-16

SUMMARY: "In order to accurately reflect the message and mindset of Christ and the Apostles, the gospel we preach MUST be applied to the heart by the Spirit of God."

I. THE HOLY SPIRIT MUST NOT BE FORGOTTEN IN OUR DOCTRINE.

II. THE HOLY SPIRIT MUST NOT BE FORGOTTEN IN OUR PRACTICES.
A. Man's Nature is to be a DOER.
B. Jesus did not neglect to tell His hearers about the necessity of the Spirit.
C. The New Testament Repeatedly Reminds us that the Spirit of God Must Accomplish God's Work.
